Payment and refund policy

1. The preview

We make a private preview of your cafe's website from your cafe's public Google and Instagram photos and details. It is free, private, and switches off by itself after 72 hours. Looking at it creates no obligation to buy.

2. Price and payment

We tell you the full price before you pay anything. Payment is by UPI (India) or PayPal (everywhere else), through a payment page made for that single payment with the amount already filled in. A payment link stays open for 10 minutes; ask us for a new link if it expires. Please check the name and amount shown before you pay. After paying, send us a screenshot so we can confirm it.

3. Why there is an advance

To put a website live we have to pay for your domain name and hosting set-up before the site can go online. The 50% advance covers these costs and the start of the work. The remaining 50% is due after you have seen and approved the finished site.

4. Refunds

• After a payment has been made, we can refund at most 50% of the amount paid. This is the upper limit, not a promise of 50% in every case.
• The other part is not refundable, because domain registration, hosting set-up and work already done cannot be recovered.
• To ask for a refund, email or message us. We review the request and tell you the amount we can return.
• Refunds are sent back the same way you paid: by UPI, or through PayPal, to the account you paid from.
• If we cannot deliver the website we agreed, tell us and we will review your request in good faith. The 50% limit above still applies.

5. Changes and approval

One round of changes is included. We share the finished site for your approval before the balance is due. Further changes can be arranged and priced separately.

6. Your content and photos

Previews use public photos from your cafe's Google listing and Instagram. For a live site we may ask you for better photos, your menu and your opening details. You confirm that the content you give us is yours to use. Photos in a preview are not kept after the preview ends unless you go ahead.

7. Domain, hosting and renewals

The first year of your domain and hosting is included in the price. After that you keep your site online by renewing, either yearly (the better value) or monthly. We remind you 30 days before it is due and show the renewal price at that time. If a renewal is not paid, we give a 14-day grace period and then the site may be switched off. We never add costs silently.
